Tim Kerr

  • Position: Membership Officer

Tim joined the Howard League in June 2022. Having served time in prison between 2018 and 2020, he was keen to expand our prisoner membership base, to give a voice to those still inside. Additionally, he teaches at King’s College London, where he is completing a PhD in Genetics, and is deputy chair of trustees at the Longford Trust.
